The Giant Crane, Part II

This week sees the return of the 'giant crane' - this time at our GRI University Tower project.  

The crane will be put to work over the coming week, lifting the steelwork for the new Plant Room onto the roof.  The existing rooftop Plant Rooms have been dismantled as far as they can be at the moment and will be completely demolished once the new structure is built and watertight. 

 

  

This is part of our £12.5m refurbishment of the University Tower.
