North Road, Johnstone: Amenity Houses and Very Sheltered Flats

A new build development of 10 semi-detached Amenity Houses and a Very Sheltered development of 25 flats.

All of the flats are dementia-friendly and 10 of them have been especially designed for people with dementia.  There are also 3 flats specifically for wheelchair users.  The flats surround a level access landscaped courtyard which was also carefully designed with these residents in mind.

The Very Sheltered Unit has a full range of communal and support accommodation including informal meeting/gathering places, a dining room with catering facilities and assisted bathrooms.
